Jon Pardi shared some details about his health and fitness — including while he’s on tour — in an interview with Kate Mackz on a new episode of Post Run High.
The “Friday Night Heartbreaker” superstar joined Mackz for a run in Bridgeport, Connecticut, where he recently took the stage on part of his headlining “Honkytonk Hollywood Tour.” Pardi joined the podcast host for a nearly two-mile run, and shared how cardio helps him amp up the energy on stage.
“I love to run,” Pardi said. The pair talked about a recent clip he and his wife, Summer Pardi, shared on Instagram. Summer drove alongside the country star and filmed him as he went for a jog while pushing the couple’s two young daughters in a stroller (Presley Fawn Pardi, who was born in February 2023, and Sienna Grace Pardi, born in July 2024). Pardi said “me and Summer, we try to stay in good shape for each other for longevity of life.
“Cardio is the most important,” Pardi added of prioritizing movement to keep up his energy on tour. “It mimics singing live the best. I dance, and I notice if I keep up the cardio, I perform and sing better.”
