I can honestly say I have not watched this documentary but a friend of mine says it has really made a healthy difference in his life. So the idea is cutting back on sugary, processed foods and bumping up good fats and less carbs, helps the body run more healthfully and give more energy and help in having a healthy weight, etc. So today, in honor of #NationalFoodDay I thought I'd try to contribute to the healthy eating conversation today!
