Dr. Christopher Winter, Medical Director at Charlottesville Neurology & Sleep Medicine, says your bedroom should be between 60 to 67 degrees Fahrenheit for optimal sleep. Temperatures above 75 degrees and below 54 degrees can disrupt sleep.
And as well as sleeping better and getting to sleep faster, the article claims a cold room can also benefit health in other ways too. For instance, decreasing your risk for certain metabolic diseases; looking more youthful and some experts even say, it can help in weight loss too! 😲
