Bosses Should Do This Simple Thing To Boost Employee Productivity

We're pretty fortunate here and I can honestly say I have some real champions that were bosses in the past, that have inspired creativity!  Turns out this is how to really get the best out of your employees... 

Humility breeds creativity. 

Workers who have humble managers — leaders who give employees a voice in the decision-making process and acknowledge their own limitations — are more creative, according to new study carried out by Ohio State University.

In my experience, the humble ones, who exhibit character and integrity, not weakness and inconsistency and who collaborate with employees, seem to create and environment of productivity and passion for our work!

Some other management qualities that have been shown in research to promote creativity, including “empowering leadership,” which motivates employees to carve their own paths and forge their own ideas, was also noted.
