Parker McCollum went behind the scenes of his “Killin’ Me” music video, which features his wife, Hallie Ray Light McCollum.
Parker debuted the behind-the-scenes look on Monday (April 13). The country star shared photos from the set, the dance floor at Fort Worth’s Billy Bob’s Texas, and pointed out surprise cameos. Josh Jung of the Texas Rangers “made his acting debut,” Parker said, and went on to spotlight his band, the dancers and his wife.
Parker said he hoped to “show off how unbelievably drop-dead gorgeous she is,” as he danced with Hallie in the honky tonk music video for “Killin’ Me,” which appeared on Parker’s self-titled studio album and its deluxe edition. “It was great having her in the video.”
Hallie admitted, “I was really nervous at first, but then once I did the first take, I was a lot better. Now I’m not nervous at all.” Parker said “she killed it,” and “she’s a natural.”
Parker and Hallie got married in Texas in March 2022. The couple announced on Christmas Day in December 2025 that Hallie is pregnant with Baby No. 2. Baby McCollum will join big brother Major Yancey Tyler McCollum, who was born on August 8, 2024. Hallie said when she made her second pregnancy announcement, “another BOY (is) joining us summer 2026!!!” Other artists with babies on the way this year include Mitchell Tenpenny and Meghan Patrick, Emmy Russell (former American Idol contestant and granddaughter of late legend Loretta Lynn), Drew Baldridge and more. See the pregnancy announcements here.
Parker is part of the star-studded lineup of the 2026 iHeartCountry Festival, along with Carly Pearce, Luke Bryan, Kane Brown, Riley Green, Shaboozey, Dylan Scott, Russell Dickerson, Gretchen Wilson, Chase Matthew and Lauren Alaina, plus special guest George Birge. iHeartRadio's Bobby Bones is returning as the event’s host.
