From an article in Study Finds researchers from Florida State found that cottage cheese before bed boosts your metabolism and overall health, helps with muscle recovery, and even better – does not lead to any gain in body fat. There are so many ways to enjoy cottage cheese now too! I sometimes even use it as a substitute for ricotta in my lasagna recipe too!
